/ PRIVACY

Plain privacy for a small studio.

Studio Legado only asks for what we need to review your request, respond clearly, and keep the site working.

/ DETAILS

What we collect, and why.

Project inquiries

When you submit a project request, we collect the information you provide: name, email, business name, city or market, phone if you include it, website, project type and investment range if you choose to share them, and the context you want us to review. We use that information to review the request and reply with next steps.

Free website audits

When you request a free website audit, we collect the public website URL, your name and email, your business name, business type, city or market, phone if you include it, and any goal you choose to share. We use that information to run the audit, show the result on the page, and contact you about it only after you accept the consent statement shown with the form. We do not automatically email the submitted address, and this does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

The audit fetches a bounded set of public website resources and records factual findings, coverage, and limitations. We do not store the site's raw HTML. The submitted contact information, the exact consent wording and version you accepted, and a minimized result summary may be retained for up to 365 days so we can respond, avoid duplicates, and honor access or deletion requests. Short-lived duplicate-protection records may be kept separately.

Analytics and logs

The website may count visits and show which pages people use most. Request bodies, audited HTML, contact details, credentials, and secrets are excluded from analytics events and structured logs.

Your information

We do not sell your information, run submitted contact details through ad networks, or add you to a newsletter. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email info@studiolegado.com from the address you used for the audit so we can verify the request without collecting extra identification.
